What is Coworking?
For most people, it is the community that surrounds them that most influences who they are and who they become.
Coworking is not just for techies. The Vault has become the coworking home for designers, developers, writers, artists, entrepreneurs, scientists, educators, small business owners, telecommuters, marketers, videographers, game developers, and more. Some are full time employees, but most are free agents and entrepreneurs who just enjoy the company of other like-minded people. They work when they want to and come and go as they please.
As a general rule, people who are part of a coworking community do not use alarm clocks.
Coworking has been around in various forms for centuries, but has only recently been reinvented for today’s world.
Most independent workers know the drill. Until now your options have been to either work from home, and hold one-way diatribes with your dog, or rent a desk in some “workplace loft” where you sit in isolation, staring mindlessly at your office plants who seem to be having more fun that you. Sometimes you wander over to a local coffee shop and fight for power outlets as you drown your miseries in some brain-whacking caffeine drink.
In a coworking community you don’t have to fight for inspiration.
Your cumulative brain trust rockets exponentially as soon as you walk through the door. Inside are people just like you who place a high value on the serendipity of connectedness. The answers to your biggest problems are in the minds of the people sitting next to you.
When you look at a map and see “you are here” and look at the other side of the map and see the words “this is where you need to be,” coworking has a way of merging the dots. Force fields align and you suddenly become your own center of gravity.
The DaVinci Institute has been the birthing place of many great ideas and The Vault is the perfect launching pad for many more.

THE LOCATION
Office Hours – The front desk of The Vault will be staffed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday. Members will have 24/7 access to the facilities. (Ask us about our new smokin’ hot 50 meg Wi-Fi)
