Sponsorship for Inventor Art Contest
We at the DaVinci Institute are pleased to provide sponsorship opportunities for the Inventor Art Competition hosted by the DaVinci Institute.
The theme of this competition is Expressions in Innovation. Inventors and innovations chosen may be contemporary or from any time in the past. They just have to show the mark of being a great inventor.
One artist will receive the Best of Show Award. The winning work of art will become the official focal image for the 2012 DaVinci Inventor Showcase which takes place on October 13, 2012 and will be used on brochures, banners, handouts, media and clothing. This artist will also receive a booth space at the DaVinci Inventor Showcase to display their award winning art.
Other prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants as well as 3 honorable mentions.
The competition judging will take place on Monday, August 6 from 5-6pm at The Vault located at 511 E South Boulder Road, Louisville, CO, followed by an artist reception from 6:30-8pm
Deadline for submissions is midnight July 31, 2012.
Now that you understand how the contest works, we have several opportunities for support and sponsorship.
The Sponsorship Levels
Prize Sponsorship – As a prize sponsor you will receive recognition on the contest website and at the artist reception as well as at the DaVinci Inventor Showcase. We are looking for sponsors at the $100, $250 and $500 levels. This could be in the form of a gift card or gift certificate that the winner could spend as they choose. We are allowing a maximum total of 8 prize sponsors.
Cash Sponsorship – As a cash prize sponsor you will receive recognition on the contest website and at the artist reception as well as at the DaVinci Inventor Showcase. We are looking for sponsors at the $100, $250 and $500 levels. We are allowing a maximum total of 8 cash prize sponsors
We are also looking for one Gold Sponsor and one Platinum Sponsor
Gold Sponsorship – $1,000.00
The Gold Sponsorship is a $1,000.00 sponsorship package designed to feature your company as a valuable resource. At this participation level you get the following great opportunities.
- One Judging Position
- 5’ table at the opening reception to be held on October 7
- A banner positioned in a prominent location (up to 3’ x 6’) – You provide the banner
- Company logo on DaVinci Institute website for the remainder of 2012
- Special Mention in email blasts
- 2 VIP Passes to the DaVinci Inventor Showcase for your staff
- 2 general admission passes to the DaVinci Inventor Showcase
Platinum Sponsorship – $2,500.00
The Platinum Sponsorship is a $2,500.00 sponsorship package designed to feature your company as an essential resource. At this participation level you get the following great opportunities.
- Three Judging Positions
- 10’ table at the opening reception to be held on October 7
- A banner positioned in a prominent location (up to 4’ x 10’) – You provide the banner
- Company logo on DaVinci Institute website for the remainder of 2012
