Merit doesn’t shy away from sharing personal experiences to illustrate important business lessons.   She is a member of a small sorority of women who are proud to be called “Pre-vivors.”   Armed with the data from genetic testing indicating her elevated risk of Ovarian Cancer was over 50% and her risk of Breast Cancer was 87%, she elected to fight cancer before it picked a fight with her.   In every aspect of her personal and professional life she’s willing to do whatever it takes to thrive.  Her business and personal stories leave audiences knowing they can do the same.
