Don McCubbrey is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Business Information and Analytics in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. His teaching and research is focused on electronic commerce and strategic uses of information technology.
 
He is co-project leader of The Global Text Project (http://globaltext.org). Global Text engages the collective intelligence of academics and practitioners in writing open content textbooks, under editorial control, targeted at university students in developing economies.

He is a co-founder and director emeritus of the Colorado Software and Internet Association (CSIA), and at various times served as Director of the Center for the Study of Electronic Commerce at Daniels, and Director of the Colorado Advanced Software Institute.
