Windham Loopesko - CEO and President W. E. Loopesko & Associates, Inc.

Windham Loopesko has assisted European and American firms in solving commercial and regulatory/legal problems overseas since 1983. He has worked for some 200 firms during this period, some for as long as eight years. The majority of these clients are based in France or the western United States. Mr. Loopesko has made more than 150 trips to Europe since 1983, including over 25 to Poland since 2001.

Prior to beginning his consulting practice in 1983, Mr. Loopesko worked as the head of mergers and acquisitions for the foods division of Sandoz AG, located in Berne, Switzerland (where he was the sole American). Mr. Loopesko also practiced corporate law for four years in two large New York City firms and worked as a staff attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Loopesko is bi-lingual in French, fluent in German and lesser knowledge of Polish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Swiss German. He spends 11-13 weeks per year in Europe. He is a former member of the Executive Board of the World Trade Center in Denver and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation and the Auraria Library Advancement Council.

Mr. Loopesko has a law degree from Harvard University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Troisieme Licence from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) in applied economics. Mr. Loopesko graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College. He is married to a French national and has three children.
