Bill Shirley is an Executive Leadership Coach with over 50 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and service industries. He works in the for-profit, not-for-profit and government sectors.

Bill is a life-long student of modern management theory and practice. In 2006, the International Coach Federation (ICF) awarded Bill the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. At that time, less than a 750 coaches in the world met the ICF standard for its highest credential. In 2009, he became an ICF Assessor of Coaching Competency.
He has walked in the shoes of those who lead businesses and professional service companies. He understands the leaders’ isolation, overwhelm and frustration. Thus, he lists “BT” after his name; he has “Been There.”
