Dan Pacheco has over 15 years of experience in media and technology. As a reporter at The Denver Post, he created the first prototype for Denverpost.com, and moved on to help launch Washingtonpost.com in the Nation's Capital. He also spent 6 years at AOL as a product manager for community and self-publishing services.

In 2008 Pacheco garnered a prestigious $837,000 Knight News Challenge award for Printcasting.com, a democratized-publishing platform that evolved into BookBrewer.com. He lives in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife and two daughters and works out of an office in Boulder, Colorado.
