Bryant Hill is a 30 year veteran of the customer service, call center and telephony industries. He has designed numerous programs to increase agent performance and revenue generation. In addition, Bryant has extensive experience in all contact center components and functionality such as ACD, IVR, predictive dialers, etc. He is currently President, Harper Communications, a national telephony services company located in Aurora, CO.
