Betsy Wiersma - Founder of Wiersma Experience Marketing

Betsy Wiersma is known for BIG IDEA thinking and ROI: Return on Ideas.  After years of service leading the events industry on the President's Council for the International Festivals and Events Association, the Advisory Board for Special Events Magazine and with ISES, the International Special Events Society, Betsy now focuses on Wiersma Experience Marketing, her own training, consulting and event marketing company based in Denver, CO. 

Author of many books including Exceptional Events:  Concept to Completion, and the popular Creative Event Development workbook, Betsy's seminars provide event producers and marketers across the globe with everything from basic tips to complex case studies.  As an international speaker and trainer, Betsy shares her brand of BIG IDEA thinking in energetic and practical seminars in Italy, Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Scotland, Jamaica, Spain, and Australia, as well as cities throughout the United States. 

She is the past host of a satellite training TV show for the US Air Force that she created and produced called WOW Works.  Betsy now focuses on her CampExperience™ an annual educational retreat for women.  CampExperience™ was created for successful women interested in building their lives, careers and connections. It provides busy women a reprieve from their everyday lives, and an opportunity to reconnect with themselves and their peers.
