Jerry W. Lewis - Editor of the Boulder County Business Report
A journalism graduate of the University of Kentucky and 30-year veteran Colorado journalist, Jerry W. Lewis was the business editor of The Denver Post before becoming one of the owners of The Business Report in 1989. Jerry is presently co-owner of Boulder Business Information Inc., which publishes three business newspapers: The Boulder County Business Report, The Northern Colorado Business Report, and The Wyoming Business Report.
The company also publishes several business directories and lifestyle magazines including: the Tech/Manufacturers Directory for Boulder and Broomfield Counties, the Northern Front Range Tech/Manufacturers Guide, the Boulder Valley MD Medical and Wellness Guide, and Poudre Magazine. The Boulder County Business Report, a bi-weekly that is celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2001, covers the high-tech hotbed of Boulder and Broomfield counties and the Denver/Boulder Corridor, providing in-depth, local coverage of the area's numerous business sectors. The newspaper has won numerous awards, including from the Society of Professional Journalists, the Alliance of Area Business Publications, the U.S. Small Business Administration, Colorado Press Women and other groups.
