Dennis Cole - Formed KDC Associates and the Northern Colorado Idea Lab

For more than 25 years, Dennis Cole has created and implemented change management programs for large organizations in the high tech industry and in public education.  He specializes in customized training solutions that support on-going improvement and produce the desired business results. 

Prior to the formation of KDC Associates and the Northern Colorado Idea Lab (a not for profit), Dennis was employed at Hewlett-Packard Co. and Agilent Technologies for 13 years.  During that time he created training programs, managed production support services, and implemented business process improvement projects for a $250 Million business unit. 

Before joining Hewlett-Packard/Agilent, Dennis was a professional educator.  He conducted research, trained teachers and school administrators, and developed curriculum for school districts and universities throughout the western U.S.

He received a B.S. and an M.S. at Michigan State University; an Ed.D. and an E.M.B.A. at the University of Colorado.
