Allen Barber - President of Denver-Hainan Corporation (DHC)

Allen Barber is President of Denver-Hainan Corporation (DHC), a U.S. company he established in April, 1989, to assist Chinese companies in their modernization efforts. 

Mr. Barber began working with Chinese companies in 1987.  His knowledge of contemporary China comes from Chinese executives, diplomats, government officials, institutes, scholars, media, and “Old Friends”.  He designed and founded Denver-Hainan Corporation in April, 1989, to assist a select group of Chinese companies in their modernization efforts.  He first worked with them to identify appropriate, potential U.S. partner companies, then begin project discussions with them.  DHC evolves with China, and now works with a number of projects throughout China and the U.S.  His objective is to assist partner companies, whether Chinese or U.S., to efficiently and successfully achieve their objectives.  Mr. Barber accomplishes this by utilizing his large and continuously expanding network of business owners and executives, associations, organizations, and governmental officials in both countries.  This network provides him with the capability to quickly identify appropriate partners in numerous geographic locations, then efficiently manage complex projects.

Successful endeavors are the result of confident companies applying knowledge and understanding in a systematic process.  Mr. Barber constantly analyzes trends, concepts, international and in country events, and other factors that impact global business, then adjusts endeavors to benefit from any developments.  He develops and implements a strategy, and the required supporting tactics, for each endeavor; then constantly monitors each to assure they continue to be appropriate
