John Erickson - Business Development Coach and Entrepreneur

A business development coach and entrepreneur, John Erickson brings over 20 years sales, business development, marketing, and operations experience from retail and software start-ups to large global solution and service companies like IBM, Compuware, and Nortel Networks. He has a strong background with complex selling environments, developing new business opportunities, and the overall sales pipeline management process.

Erickson is well versed in areas of business and sales management, customer care, partner management, customer satisfaction, global/key accounts, finance, strategy, community relations, and go-to-market campaigns. He is someone who has "carried the bag and worn the shoes" which includes hands-on entrepreneurial experience as a company founder and co-founder handling overall business operations.

He also has a good background with the implementation of software and the use of IT technology to improve business operations and sales efficiencies. This experience with a variety of markets, sales methods, distribution channels, and technology has led him to the development of Sales Pipeline Systems to support selling disciplines and processes to build successful companies.
