Daniel Montgomery - Organizational Fitness Coach
Daniel Montgomery is an innovative organizational fitness coach and consultant. His work emphasizes integration between three inseparable aspects of personal leadership and organizational performance:
Foster individual authenticity and leadership - In a new economy organization, everyone is a leader. Individual passion and motivation are critical. Authenticity means that the individual’s goals, mental models, emotional and physical state are aligned. Players have the capacity to reframe old ways of thinking and act boldly and decisively.
Create a culture of collaboration, conversation and strategic thinking - Develop an awareness of how agreements, commitments, and trust are built and maintained. Build an atmosphere of in which asking questions is just as important as having the answers. Create meeting formats that encourage strategic thinking - a focus on the important, not just the urgent.
Get everyone on the same page - Build a shared model of how the organization creates value for its stakeholders (including investors, customers, and employees). Create a line of sight that illuminates how every employee contributes to organizational success. Create and report on metrics that competitively define how you will serve those stakeholders.
