Andrew OReilly - Founding member of 100 Words or Les Nessman

Andrew (Andy) O'Reilly has been on the Internet since the late 1980s, living through navigating the text maze of Gopher to the modern blog explosion. In the mid-1990s, he ran a popular, unofficial celebrity website called The Garden of Tweeden.

His blog, The World Wide Rant, launched in 2002 when he realized he had many opinions, one of those being that other people should hear the rest of them. A typical week will include thoughts on science, religion, politics, food, and music. His niche is the "right-of-center, pragmatic libertarian, active atheist" angle, which - he admits - is rather self-limiting in terms of traffic.

He is a founding member of 100 Words or Les Nessman, a creative writing site and recent Yahoo site of the day.

Andy is a management consultant in Denver, where he lives with wife, Nicola; daughter, Fiona; and a pair each of dogs and cats.
