Robert Goldstein - Attorney in the Denver offices of the firm of Shughart, Thomson, & Kilroy

Robert Goldstein is an attorney in the Denver offices of the firm of Shughart, Thomson, & Kilroy.  His law practice focuses on representation of all aspects of business ownership, including formation, acquisition, operation, disposition, dissolution and estate planning. Mr. Goldstein earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from Temple University School of Law. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable John P. Fullam of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania during the summer of 1996, and he is a member of the American, Colorado, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

Mr. Goldstein is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the States of Colorado and New Jersey.  He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the District of Colorado, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before relocating to the Denver area, Mr. Goldstein was a shareholder in the firm of Murland, Goldstein & Nathan P.C., Jenkintown, PA., and he served as president of Grateful Abstract L.L.C., a Pennsylvania licensed title insurance agency. Mr. Goldstein also served as treasurer and executive board member for the Victim Witness Services of South Philadelphia, Inc.
