Jack Lassiter - Customer Service Director with the US General Services Administration - Chief Operating Officer for the Business Catapult

Jack Lassiter is a former Customer Service Director with the US General Services Administration, helping businesses become qualified vendors. Having traveled to 23 countries (so far), he speaks Logistics, Procurement, Contracting, Industrial Production, Marketing, Sales and passable German.
 
Jack brings unique skills to the table as the Chief Operating Officer for the Business Catapult. In twelve years as an active duty US Air Force officer, he won many accolades leading hundreds of maintainers of state of the art fighter aircraft and munitions.
 
His passion is creating high performance groups and creative problem solving.  His academic background includes a BA in Environmental and Urban Systems from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Administrative Organization and Management from Golden Gate University.
