Cindy Lichfield - Serial Inventor and Owner of Cloud Dome

Cindy Lichfield is a serial inventor who has developed a number of products used in the field of photography. Her company, Cloud Dome, is named after her first product. The Cloud Dome is an ideal way to photograph small, detailed objects such as jewelry, sports memorabilia, evidence, documents, or any variety of items to be sold via online auctions. After years in the jewelry industry, Cindy was one of the first to see the potential of selling jewelry online. The biggest problem she found was finding an affordable way to capture the beauty of her pieces photographically. She needed a way to evenly diffuse the light and stabilize the camera. Her solution was the Cloud Dome. Made of high impact, non-yellowing, crack-resistant plastic, Cloud Dome evenly diffuses natural light over the surface area of the object being photographed.
