Rita Crompton - Founder of FLeCusa, Inc.
Rita Crompton: Over the past twenty years, Ms. Crompton has started, or helped to start, no less than five successful businesses in four distinct and unrelated industries. During the period between 1982 and 1994, Ms. Crompton formed, and ultimately served as CEO for, a cutting edge tutoring business and in the process created an organization that was to become the precursor of the Sylvan Learning Centers of today.
During the period 1995 through 2000, Ms. Crompton, together with several venture partners, formed Zoller Publishing, Inc., a publisher of family-oriented mysteries and entertainment novels. Under Ms. Cromtpon’s leadership, during this period of time Zoller published three commercially successful novels, all three of which enjoyed not only commercial success but critical success as well and developed a substantial following in local markets such as Tulsa, Oklahoma and Denver, Colorado (where it was carried by the Tattered Cover Bookstore, among other retail bookstores).
In 2001 and 2002, Ms. Crompton was instrumental in developing two new businesses within the funeral home industry. The first, a business whose primary product was known as "Dry-N-Lock"., Ms. Crompton built and managed a successful national distribution network. The second company was Financial Visions where Ms. Crompton held the position of VP of Marketing servicing clients from coast to coast.
Ms. Crompton’s current venture is FLeCusa, Inc. FLeCusa, Inc helps clients seek funding, go to market, establish distribution networks, protect their intellectual property (through QCI), and essentially how to treat their invention like a business. Because of her superior marketing skills and the business relationships she has established and nurtured in the national marketplace, Ms. Crompton and her company FLeCusa, Inc. provide a unique service to clients wishing to enter the marketplace or grow their business to a new level, nationally or internationally.
