Caitlin Hedberg - Directing the Sustainable Enterprise Program, an MBD focus program

Caitlin Hedberg spent two years as an entrepreneur with a start-up translating company before assisting other entrepreneurs to start and grow business through her work with Micro Business Development (MBD). Caitlin has experience managing an over one million dollar loan fund at MBD, working with banks in the Denver area to secure funding for high-risk loans, and coordinating a consulting program connects clients with business consultants from the greater Denver area.  Caitlin is currently directing the Sustainable Enterprise Program, an MBD focus program that assists underserved entrepreneurs in reducing costs, entering new markets, and finding innovative solutions through environmentally and socially friendly business practices.  Through this initiative to help businesses produce good products and services well, Caitlin teaches courses on businesses start up, consults, and creates partnerships within sustainable business world to assist emerging businesses.  Caitlin holds a bachelors degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Denver, a business translation certificate from the University of Salamanca in Spain.
