Heather Wiester currently serves as a Principal in the Denver office for JobPlex, Inc., a subsidiary of DHR International, the fifth largest retained executive search firm in the US.  Heather has over nine years of professional executive search experience in many industries including printing, direct marketing, direct mail, business forms, advertising, banking, financial and healthcare. 

Heather is a dedicated, proven research professional with expertise in a variety of recruiting and research techniques.  She presents regularly to professional organizations concerning various recruiting and talent acquisition topics.  Heather has been recognized as the Top Account Manager nationally with JobPlex for two consecutive years and directly supports the company’s top consultant in a research and client management capacity. 
 
Heather began her career as a Recruiting Manager with a national staffing firm, and prior to joining JobPlex she was a National Account Manager with one of the top recruiting firms in Denver.  Heather received her Bachelor’s degree with honors in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Memphis.
