Lloyd Gottman is a Human Synergizer, the principle founder of Synergetic Systems, a Wharton MBA Graduate, and a skilled executive with Fortune 500, entrepreneurial and small business ownership experience.

Lloyd was raised with the work ethics from a Georgia agricultural community.  He is a graduate of Georgia Tech and after serving in the military, obtained an MBA from Warton Graduate School.

His career included management and executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, a highly successful startup company, consulting and business ownership.  He has wide industry and functional exposure.
 
Success always depended upon employee performance.  Lloyd now understands how to identify, predict, and match individual’s strengths to job and business success.
