How to Register

There are three ways to register for one of the upcoming DaVinci Institute events.

Registration Fees

Fees for all Boot Camps are listed on each of the websites. Registration fees include classroom instruction, a course workbook, continental breakfast and refreshment breaks each day.

Multiple Attendee Registration Fee

A discounted registration fee is extended to companies that send more than one employee to the same session. Only individuals from the same company registering for the same seminar session (date) qualify for the multiple attendee registration fee. Additionally, all registrations and payments must be received at the same time to qualify for the multiple attendee discount.

Multiple Seminar Discount

A multiple seminar discount is extended to those individuals who register for multiple seminars taking place consecutively during a sequential three month period. Call the DaVinci Institute at 303-666-4133 for more information.

Payment Policy

Payment in full must be received by the DaVinci Institute in order to reserve space. Payments may be made by company or personal check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Upon the DaVinci Institute's receipt of payment, registrants will receive a confirmation of registration via mail.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, your notice of cancellation must be received in writing (by letter, fax or email) fifteen (15) business days prior to the event. Cancellations received more than 15 days prior to the seminar date will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee to cover refund expenses.

Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the seminar date will be refunded in the form of a credit that can be applied to another event or membership in the institute. You may transfer your registration for a specific seminar to another person within your organization or to another upcoming event to avoid cancellation fees. There are no refunds or transfers for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event or “no-shows.”

The DaVinci Institute reserves the right to cancel a program if enrollment criteria is not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee in a timely manner if a program is to be canceled. If a program is not held, our liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.
