We all have been trained as children to focus on improving our weakest area. As entrepreneurs this can be a big mistake. You are unique and you have one dominant entrepreneurial personality type. By standing in your genius and creating a business from this dominant type you will create more success. Learn why it is a bad idea to hire someone with the same type as yourself. This event will be the first public discussion of this new assessment based on ancient temperaments. The panel will consist of one of each dominant type.

Panelists

Each person in the audience will be asked to take a quick survey. The panel will be picked from the audience. We will pick four entrepreneurs who assess as a dreamer, architect, builder and cultivator and then have a lively discussion on how each of these entrepreneurs create.

Don’t miss this one of a kind event. Our speaker will moderate the discussion to get the panel focused on their creative tendencies. Questions from the audience will also be taken.
