You've just invented a product and are waiting for the line of customers to form at your doorstep with their wallets out, but no one seems to be showing up. Now what?
At this point you have several options. You can either sell your product online, work with a national retailer, or devise some other innovative strategy to find the customers your product deserves.
Every product needs its own separate strategy and coming up with a good marketing plan is every bit as important as creating the product in the first place.
At this event, we will be featuring some of the success stories coming out of the Colorado Inventor Showcase. Our plan is to let the experts tell you about some of the many successes and failures they encountered along the way.
Join us as we probe the minds of some of our most accomplished revolutionary thinkers, and learn from the best as they tell us the many lessons learned along the way.

PANELIST: Cindy Lichfield
Serial Inventor and Owner of Cloud Dome
Cindy Lichfield is a serial inventor who has developed a number of products used in the field of photography. Her company, Cloud Dome, is named after her first product. The Cloud Dome is an ideal way to photograph small, detailed objects such as jewelry, sports memorabilia, evidence, documents, or any variety of items to be sold via online auctions. After years in the jewelry industry, Cindy was one of the first to see the potential of selling jewelry online. The biggest problem she found was finding an affordable way to capture the beauty of her pieces photographically. She needed a way to evenly diffuse the light and stabilize the camera. Her solution was the Cloud Dome. Made of high impact, non-yellowing, crack-resistant plastic, Cloud Dome evenly diffuses natural light over the surface area of the object being photographed. High-quality digital photographs can even be achieved in low lighting. Lightweight and easily portable, the Cloud Dome is outfitted with a camera mount to eliminate stability problems. It’s the perfect accessory photographers at any skill level who aim to achieve the highest quality digital photographs.
Cindy is working on other inventions and getting her Master’s degree in Acutonics.
