In light of coming regulatory changes and reduced public confidence, the question of who sits on a board and why is on the table. Board members must embrace new perspectives and bold strategies. Whether the issue is financial resilience, corporate strategy and risk, executive compensation, or regulatory compliance, are you a candidate that can assist a board to emerge from the current downturn stronger and more competitive?

Do you have the expertise to lead an organization through periods of adversity and opportunity?
This program will explore the current trends and challenges in corporate governance and speak to the needs of 21st century board leadership composition.
