The Scenario: Whether you are looking to hire someone or looking to be hired, you will need to understand this scenario:
You have come up with the perfect product or service, have investors, now, you need a staff. You put together a job description, start networking, but, how do you know if you have the right person for what you need? They say they have the right experience, and it appears as they do on their resume, but when you are in a startup or a small company and you need more than that.
Please join us for a night of conversation on how to write the right job description. How to make sure it is the right person you need in your company at this time. How you should go about this process, on your own or using outside resources to help? Once you have found a few candidates, how to interview, not only for the skill set and experience, but for a person you will be spending 80% + of your time with. Do you hire a consultant or bring someone on permanently? Once you have them, how do you retain them, what is the sizzle for them to work at your company? Have you set actual attainable goals for them with deadlines? These are only a few questions that you need to ask yourself, and at this event, we will have a team of recruiting experts ready to help you think through this scenario.
